take on England in Super Eights today LAHORE: Pakistan and Australia qualified for the super eights round of the Twenty20 Cricket World Cup, as the latter beat Bangladesh by 27 runs.

Pakistan will take on England today (Thursday) in the country’s first match of the round.

Earlier, Michael Hussey revived Australia’s innings after they collapsed against Bangladesh at the Kensington Oval to give the Asian side hope of qualifying for the super eights. Australia, who slumped to 65 for six inside 13 overs, finished on 141 for six.
